Serena and Venus Williams are two of the most popular women in the tennis industry, and some of the best paid female athletes in the world. Recently they listed their Manhattan loft for $2.1 million. They originally purchased the home in 2005.
When they purchased the home it was a 2 bedrooms and 1 bath home, and had a total of 1,800 square feet. But, they had it renovated to a 1 bedroom and 1 bath home, with a giant walk in closet and laundry room. Making this a home that many women would love to have. After all, having more closet space is often a requirement for many people.
Even though the home was not on the market for very long, they have sold it to Ted Wells. The name may sound familiar to people, as Wells was the attorney hired by the National Football League to investigate the “Deflategate” incident, as it is now being referred to. So though the home is no longer the property of the tennis stars, it is still staying in the sports industry.
